Neptune 8.6 DW

Our new Neptune Series foil boards feature a carbon-innegra, PVC sandwich construction, resulting in a durable and lightweight board.  We've taken many of our design elements of our SUP raceboards and applied them to our new Downwind boards.  In the 8.6, our longest Downwind board, a slight double concave through the nose section promotes early planing, transitioning to a flat bottom through the middle section.  Our rounded V tail allows for efficient pumping and aids in tracking.  Subtle nose rocker keeps the nose up in chop and allows for quick acceleration for flat water paddle ups, or when catching bumps or small waves.  Although made for downwind padding, surf and flat water paddle ups, this board can also be used as a VERY light wind weapon, make winging possible in sub 8 knots with our 6M Neptune wing and a larger foil.
